By booking with us, you agree to the terms below. No legal jargon — just what you need to know before we show up.
Appointments & Cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment to avoid a charge.
- 2+ hours notice — no charge
- Less than 2 hours notice — $25 travel fee applies
- No-shows — $25 travel fee applies
Estimates & Booking Updates
Once our technician assesses your vehicle, we'll provide an estimate and update your booking directly. You can log in and review your booking online at any time to see the estimate, status, and any updates — no need to wait for a call.
We will not proceed with any repair until the estimate is reflected in your booking and you've had the chance to review it.
Warranty
- Labor: 30 days or 1,000 miles — whichever comes first
- Parts: 1 year or 10,000 miles — whichever comes first
Warranty covers defects in our work and parts we supply. It does not cover normal wear, customer-supplied parts, or damage from accidents. Warranty is void if the same repair is serviced elsewhere.
Your Responsibilities
- Give accurate info about your vehicle and the issue
- Provide safe, legal access to the vehicle
- Check your booking online for updates and estimates
- Disclose any known pre-existing conditions or prior repairs
Liability
We're responsible only for work our technicians perform. We're not liable for pre-existing damage, unrelated mechanical failures, or issues from parts you supply. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
Safety & Refusals
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, or if the repair is beyond mobile service capability. The $25 travel fee still applies in these cases.
Privacy
We collect only what's needed to complete your service — name, contact, vehicle info, and location. We do not sell your data. Full details at 911mechanics.com.
